A new report on autonomy within the mining industry points to proprietary innovations and a lack of shared vision across the value chain as roadblocks to advancement.

According to the report entitled “Accessing the Fast and Furious Pace of Autonomy to Transform Mining,” carried out by growth strategy firm Clareo, there is a need for greater collaboration across the industry to further the advancement of autonomy within the field. The report is put together by Clareo partner Satish Rao and managing partner Peter Bryant, also a co-founder of The World Innovation Network, a sponsor of the report.
