Polydeck has recently developed the Advanced Discharge Screen Solution, which is a hybrid deck layout designed to better classify large volumes of mill and scrubber discharge slurry, while lasting longer than what you would normally see on a typical discharge screen, according to the company.

The product is engineered to maintain precise cut sizes for extended periods, minimizing wear and tear and reducing the need for frequent maintenance and part replacement. Jigsaw angled cuts and precision compression-fit seams ensure durability while preventing material wear.

The product’s large ARMADEX bolt-down, custom designed panels and T-stringer at the feed end offer improved support, extending the solution’s longevity.
