Zoe Coull has been studying how to prevent and minimize the effects of corrosion since 2000, and obtained her PhD in Stress Control Cracking of Stainless Steels from the University of Toronto in 2010. In 2015 she founded her company ICE Dragon Corrosion. During her nearly two decades in the field, she’s seen firsthand the damage corrosion can have on mining companies' infrastructure and bottom line.
During this presentation, she walks us through how she learnt to understand corrosion issues beyond the technical challenges, and how a holistic approach may be the best way to deal with corrosion.
