Allan Cramm, a Newfoundlander, is vice-president of innovation and development for Anaconda Mining Inc. He has held various supervisory and technical roles associated with mining – both open pit and underground – for over 30 years. He is a team player with a role in developing and operating mines across Newfoundland and other parts of Canada. His work, including an enviable list of environmental stewardship projects, has earned him provincial, national and international recognition.
