The desire to chase high-grade oxide ore, paired with record-low gold prices, inspired a significant overhaul of Orvana Minerals Corp.’s El Valle operations in northern Spain between 2016 and 2019. With these changes bearing fruit, momentum continues for the company as it considers new energy options and develops satellite discoveries.
