In the three years since she joined Canadian exploration firm Solaris Resources, Yasmin Ferrando McDonald has worked at focusing a collection of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and developing it into a cohesive set of programs centred around the pillars of entrepreneurship, education, women’s rights, sports and environmental stewardship.
